Awards and recognitions

Through the years of its operation „Marbud” received over 50 recognitions and awards, both from local and from central authorities, in various areas of its activities.

The most important in last 5 years include, amongst the others, recognition in the competition:

Recognition in the competition “Edifice of the Year” for construction of the residential complex in Torun, at Winnica street, for the Torun Housing Association.
Recognition in the competition “Edifice of the Year” for designing and construction of the multi-family house for SM „Na Skarpie” in Torun.
Recognition in the competition “Edifice of the Year” for construction of the Academic Secondary School in Torun.
Recognition in the competition “Edifice of the Year” for construction of the office building located in Torun, at 146 Szosa Chełmińska.

Medal Construction 2006

The title “MEDAL CONSTRUCTION 2006” awarded by the Pomeranian-Kuyavian Chamber of Construction and by the Voivode for constructing the modern academic campus of The College of Social and Media Culture in Torun.

The Diploma of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivode for receiving the KLON recognition for outstanding business and ecological achievements in cooperation with Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A

Patron of the Young Talent

The certificate “Patron of the Young Talent” for the President Marian Bartosiński.

Medal Construction 2004

The GRAND PRIX title in the competition “MEDAL CONSTRUCTION 2004” awarded by the Kuyavian- Pomeranian Chamber of Construction and by the Voivode for constructing the "Solanki Estate" in Torun for the Torun Housing Association. In the housing estate 376 flats were constructed, together with the full infrastructure and land development.

Edifice of the Year 2003

The recognition in the competition Edifice of the Year 2003 in the category of public utility buildings for the office building of Insurance Society Hestia in Torun, 146b Szosa Chełmińska.

Medal Construction 2003

The title “MEDAL CONSTRUCTION 2003” awarded by the Kuyavian- Pomeranian Chamber of Construction and by the Voivode for constructing the exclusive “Sunny Estate” in Ciechocinek.

The Top 100 List

In 2003 the magazine MURATOR promoted „Marbud” in both categories: to the 70 position amongst the largest companies in Poland, and to the 13 position amongst the leaders in the construction market in Poland.

In 2002 the magazine MURATOR classified “Marbud” at the 89 position amongst the largest companies in Poland, and at the 15 position amongst the leaders in the construction market in Poland.

To recognise the high quality of executed works, on 05.02.2001 Polski Związek Inżynierów i Techników Budownictwa (Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians) decided to recommend the Construction and Technical Services Company "Marbud".

The President of Torun
