Company's position in the region

From the time of its founding, each year „MARBUD” increased its participation in the number of commissioned flats and other buildings. In years 2003 – 2008 that share increased significantly, and it is going to be even higher in 2009. In the specified period in Torun, all entities, i.e., housing societies, housing associations TBS, The City Office of Torun, real estate developers and individual investors built in total over 5000 flats and single-family houses, 30% of which is a result of activities of the company „MARBUD”.

The ranking of the newspaper „Gazeta Prawna” in 2008 for the healthiest company granted the company “MARBUD” 38 position among 200 classified companies in the region.

According to „FORBES” in the ranking of small and medium enterprises building their value in the quickest way in 2007 we took 110 place among 2000 evaluated companies in Poland.

According to evaluation of the newspaper „Rzeczpospolita” our company has 1695 place among the 2000 largest Polish enterprises. Similarly, we hold a high position among the largest companies of Pomerania and Kuyavia.

In the ranking “The Golden Hundred of Pomerania and Kuyavia” the company “Marbud” took the 2nd place for effectiveness of the capital in the category for large enterprises.

The positions above show systematic development of “MARBUD” and building of increasingly stronger position among the construction companies, not only in our region. We are convinced that this direction of strengthening will be a constant element of our strategy.

In the years 2003 – 2008 the company built, in the system “from a design to turn-key”, trade buildings of the Danish chain “Netto” in: Pasłęk, Inowrocław, Bydgoszcz, Lipno, Kępno, Toruń, Grudziądz, Brodnica. Currently we are constructing buildings in Gostynin , Nowe Miasto Lubawskie and Pleszew. To this day 11 buildings of that known and popular chain have been built.

PUBiT „Marbud”, by order of the Japanese investor „ORION” constructed two production buildings in the system “from a design to turn-key”, in the Special Economic Zone in Ostaszewo, the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.
